Reader Comments

This is one of the best books I have read in recent years. John has developed believable characters and has an intriguing plot line which keeps a sense of mystery, suspense and interest throughout the complex narrative. He writes confidently with a real sense of hIstorical context. The resolution of the mystery underlying the story brings a sense of hope and light.
Fabulous read! Intrigue from beginning to end, hard to put down. Something different to the usual formula, and has stayed with me months after finishing. Highly recommend.
