Author's Biography
Onyeka is a British writer, law lecturer and historian. His books document the lives of Black Britons exploring issues such as cultural identity, resistance to oppression and the will to succeed in multicultural Britain. His writing is influenced by the teaching of creative writing, law and history.

Marvellous achievement!
My first impressions of this piece of work was it was engaging and flowed but on closer inspection it became hypnotically attractive it captivated something deep within my artistic and intellectual psyche in ways similar pieces failed to engage. It gave me a sense of presence as if a part of my DNA a ticking time bomb of truth sought out through philosophical endeavour had been awakend like the last string of a piece a classical music played on a harp it struck a cord deep in my sub text hitting the fabric of my being. Simple put I loved it.

Much needed book to redress the imbalance of the historical presence and contributions of black people throughout Europe. All people would benefit from understanding that everything that they have been taught that is pathological about the black race is untrue. This seminal work will be a great addition to the truth seeker's library! Black people were not invented during slavery, we were around much longer than that!

I have nominated this book as it the first comprehensive book on black Tudors. It is a must reference book for all interested in history and culture. It should be on the National Curriculum as part of the Tudor period, as it examines Tudor society and provides primary evidence.
