Reviews
I would be surprised if this well-crafted and enjoyable tale does not make a sudden leap nationwide, especially if it reaches our television screens!

Excellent read - really enjoyed this book.
Whittington Manor is a beautiful war time story. I could not put the book down. It was like watching an awesome movie in my mind. This author creates such a wonderful image of the characters and the setting during war time. I’m thrilled to learn that Claire Voet will be bringing out the follow on to this book next year. I really can’t wait to read it. I’m 100% hooked on Whittington Manor. Now all we need is for it to make it on to our TV screens, it certainly deserves it! This author is one to watch out for!!
For Dutch people this book is lovely to read.

Very good read!
I've read both of Claire Voet's books and they are both great, but Whittington Manor is my favourite. It's a great read!
This is one of the best books I have read in a very long while. Wonderful story and great characters. I was totally absorbed into the story and couldn't put it down. I was so sad when I finished the book, which is a sign of an excellent book. I can't wait to read Whittington Manor II!....This book deserves to win by far!!

I think Whittington Manor is a great book and deserves to win!
I read this book some time ago and was transported back to a very different era to the one we all now live in. I loved it. It made me smile, it made me laugh, it made me cry and it also gave me the joy of wanting to keep reading into the small hours. When I got to the last page, I didn't want it to end....that is always a good sign for me that the book is excellent and well written.
